Our new SLT!

As we begin 2026, we have moved into the next recruitment cycle for some of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT)! Below is our SLT and a short bit of information about our new team! We wish you all the best of luck in your roles!


Tess Littova, President - 4th year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 3 years

Total Hours Responding? 456 hours!

Previous Experience? I was the previous treasurer for the scheme and raised £13,000 for the scheme!




Phil Burns, EMAS Co-ordinator - 4th year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 4 years

Total Hours Responding? 713 hours!

Previous Experience? I was the previous Operations Lead for the Scheme!






Saniya Sethi, Responder Co-ordinator & EDI Lead - 3rd year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 2 years!

Total Hours Responding? 214 hours!

Previous Experience? I worked as a Care-Coordinator in Primary Care!





Jack Green, Operations Lead - 3rd year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 2 years!

Total Hours Responding? 205 hours!

Previous Experience? Works as an Emergency Medical Advisor (EMA) for East Midlands Ambulance Service as well as Dispatcher on Incident Command Desk, CFR and HEMS Desk!




Ethan Beckford, Training and CPD Lead - 4th year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 2 years!

Total Hours Responding? 227 hours!

Previous Experience? Worked as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Theatre Recovery for 3 years!





Estelle Aderhold, Treasurer - 2nd year Medical Student

Years on the Scheme? 2 years!

Total Hours Responding? 205 hours!

Previous Experience? Current President of the Wild Swimming Society at Nottingham!
